Ingredients:
- 700 grams Shawl fish pieces
- 4 onions
- 4 green chilies
- 2 to 3-inch piece of ginger
- 12 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons refined oil
- 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds (methi dana)
- 1.5 teaspoons red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 to 3 teaspoons coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 cups peas
- 1 teaspoon kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing
Instructions:
Prepare the Paste:
- Grind onions, green chilies, ginger, and garlic cloves together to form a smooth paste.

- Heat two tablespoons of refined oil in a deep pan or kadai.
